Unlike the creamy, barrel-aged notes of the Reposado, the Blanco is unaged and unadulterated, focusing on the pure essence of the agave. The nose is highly aromatic and vegetal, featuring green pear, white pepper, and yellow bell pepper (rajas). On the palate, it has a rich and silky mouthfeel due to the high density of agave used (8kg per liter). Key flavors include caramelized cooked agave, green peppercorn, and green chile, with subtle hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
