It has a silky texture, similar to wine on the tongue. The flavors are a complex mix of salted caramel, roasted nectarines, and anise (black licorice). Because it’s 96% rye, it has a beautiful green spice that tastes like cinnamon and mint. It ends with a warming, spicy snap.
