Based in San Sebastián, Clément Cantenys and his partner Nhu are the small, hands-on team behind Manuel Vermouth, an independent brand proudly rooted in the Basque Country. Combining Clément’s background in wine with their shared passion for food, hospitality and aperitivo culture, they personally shape the brand and bring Manuel to bars and wine lovers around the world since 2024.

The Gilda Company was founded by Basque sisters Lucía and Teresa Barbier to bring a taste of their home to Los Angeles. Inspired by the aperitivo culture they grew up with, they created the company to share the traditional gilda with a new audience. Their gildas are handcrafted with premium ingredients imported from Spain.
