	What Mezcal Verde Amarás is an approachable, "well-rounded" spirit designed to be an entry-point for new drinkers. It is characterized by a balance of herbaceous smoke and soft, fruity sweetness that makes it an ideal "workhorse" for cocktails like Margaritas. The aroma is soft and sweet, featuring jasmine, orange blossom, and fresh grass. You may also pick up notes of green apple, fresh peach, and a gentle wood-heavy smoke. It has a smooth, slightly oily mouthfeel. The initial taste is dominated by cooked agave and sweet caramel, which is quickly balanced by herbal notes and a touch of spice. The finish is medium to long and pleasantly warming. It typically ends with lingering smoky and mineral notes, alongside a subtle sweetness of cooked fruit or caramel.
