![]() | What Angelisco Tequila Reposado is known for a creamy, dessert-like profile balanced by subtle vegetal notes. Because it is aged for nine months in ex-bourbon barrels, it carries distinct vanilla and coconut influences while maintaining the natural sweetness of Highland agave. The nose is highly aromatic, featuring sweet scents of coconut and crème brûlée, alongside an interesting savory hint of roasted bell peppers. On the palate, it has a velvety, silky mouthfeel. You’ll likely notice rich notes of creamy vanilla, caramel, and soft cream, accented by a light spice profile of green peppercorn and baking spices. The experience typically ends with a mineral edge—often described as wet slate or earthy—and a "bourbon-esque" finish that provides a crisp tannic structure. |
