	Who Aqara Agave de los Andes Reposado is produced by Aqará, a pioneering craft distillery based in Caraz, Peru. Unlike traditional tequila which must come from Mexico, this is a distinct "Agave Spirit" made from agaves native to the Peruvian Andes.

	What Aqará Agave de los Andes Reposado is frequently described as a unique hybrid that melds the classic characteristics of a reposado tequila with the richness of a light bourbon. Because it is distilled in the Peruvian Andes using native wild agave and specialized German stills, it offers a "gastronomic" profile that differs from standard Mexican tequilas. The nose is highly expressive, featuring toffee, butterscotch, and vanilla. You may also detect fresh mountain herb aromas, wildflowers, and a hint of earthy smoke. The finish is long, noble, and complex, characterized by lingering floral notes and recurring baking spices.
