What Atōst California Aperitif delivers a bright, refreshing balance of sun-kissed sweetness, vibrant fruit, and a clean, gentle bitterness. Contrary to the heavy, syrupy traditional European aperitifs (like Campari or Aperol), atōst is crafted to be much lighter, lower in sugar, and less aggressively bitter, making it exceptionally easy to drink. An upfront pop of sun-ripened, sweet Ventura strawberries immediately rounds out into bright, crisp orange zest, while the undertones are anchored by delicate floral notes of rose petals and a proprietary blend of botanicals, creating a bittersweet, crisp finish that keeps it refreshing rather than sugary. |
