Handcrafted by Round Turn Distilling in Maine.

Icon 3 What
Bimini Gin is what happens when a gin distiller gets obsessed with American session IPAs and decides to make gin taste like one. This is modern American gin at its finest—bright, crisp, and citrus-forward, with the juniper dialed way back. No Christmas tree vibes here. Open it up and you get a sunny burst of pink grapefruit zest and floral chamomile, backed by clean malty grain and just a whisper of pine. It smells like someone's actually thought this through. Sip it and the magic happens: juicy citrus peel and peppery coriander seed hit first, then aromatic barley malt slides in with savory cereal notes that shouldn't work but absolutely do. The mouthfeel is thick and rich—this gin has substance. Finish it strong: Mt. Hood hops deliver a grassy, slightly bitter green tea snap that cuts through the sweetness like a perfectly timed punchline. Long, dry, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink.

Why
Round Turn Distilling's home is the historic Pepperell Mill compound in Biddeford, a massive brick textile factory built in the 1840s that sat abandoned for decades after the local industry collapsed. It's the kind of place that used to define a city, then became a ghost. Round Turn saw potential where others saw decay. By choosing to distill here, they didn't just open a distillery—they became a cornerstone of Maine's modern craft renaissance, helping revitalize the entire riverfront.

Whether on the deck in a hot tub, by the pool or on a boat along the coast a Bimini Cocktail calls for nothing but warm jets, frisky splashes and sea spray in your face.

Cocktails to Consider - Tom Collins, G&T, Negroni.
