Who knew a tiny bar in a beloved Mexican restaurant in Milwaukee would end up inspiring these spicy bitters? With each experience at the restaurant, we became more inspired to craft bitters  for a perfect Oaxacan Old Fashioned.

With a depth of flavor as rich as its texture, Chipotle Cacao boasts a bouquet of chili peppers, cocoa, oregano, and coffee sourced from our favorite roasters. Six varieties of chilis are carefully decorticated by hand and their seeds removed, taming the heat while balancing the botanicals in every bottle. Finished with agave nectar and sea salt, these distinctive bitters not only cover the five basic tastes, but are exceptionally versatile in any kitchen or bar.
