	What Black Cow Vodka is famous for its creamy, velvety texture. Because it is made from milk whey rather than grains or potatoes, it lacks the harsh "rubbing alcohol" burn found in many traditional vodkas. It has a distinct clotted cream and vanilla sweetness. While it is still a neutral spirit, there is a clear "dairy" richness that makes it feel much thicker and smoother on the tongue. You might pick up faint hints of white chocolate, cinnamon, and a touch of lemon zest on the back end. The finish is exceptionally clean and soft. There is almost zero bite, making it one of the few vodkas that genuinely tastes pleasant when sipped neat or over ice.
