	What This very popular liqueur was historically produced with peach and apricot pits. The word "amaretto," is a combination of "amaro," which translates to bitter, and the suffix which means "little," combined we get, "little bitter." This bottle is super complex, leaning towards dried fruit, marzipan, vanilla, with a slight nutty, bitter finish.
