What Production involves an ancient and traditional process that includes no less than 40-50 days before bottling. After bottling the product is left to rest again in the cellars for at least 15-20 days before being ready. Botanical highlights are absinthe, marjoram, linden, mint, cardamom, bitter orange peel, Madagascar bourbon vanilla, pepper, gentian flowers, elderberry, sage and cinchona calissaya. |
