	What BroVo Douglas Fir Liqueur is famously described as a Christmas tree in a bottle, but with a sophisticated, botanical twist. Because it is made from real hand-foraged needles and buds, it tastes like a fresh forest rather than a synthetic cleaner. The dominant flavor is bright, resinous pine. Beneath the pine, you'll find surprising notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, and mountain herbs. There is a vegetal greenness that makes it feel very alive and it is then sweetened with agave nectar, to help provides a soft, earthy sweetness that rounds out the sharp needles. The finish is clean and slightly dry, leaving a lingering woodsy tingle.
	Why It has a sharp, cooling sensation on the palate that mimics the smell of a snapped fir branch. It makes a killer refreshing highball that feels more like a mountain hike than a Christmas party. The most fun non-holiday drink is the "Alpine Highball." It’s basically a botanical upgrade to a Gin & Tonic that tastes like the Pacific Northwest in a glass.
