What Capurro Pisco Quebranta is bold, earthy, and robust. Because it is made from the non-aromatic Quebranta grape—the "workhorse" of the Pisco world—it focuses on structure and deep grape flavors rather than floral or perfume notes. It has a rich, almost "creamy" mouthfeel. Key flavors include ripe grapes, green herbs (like sage), and a hint of dark chocolate or cocoa. Because it rests for an extended period (up to a year or more), the initial alcohol "bite" is remarkably smooth. |

Why What’s cool about Capurro Pisco Quebranta is its status as a "purist's pisco," combining 100 years of family tradition with a focus on raw power and texture. |
