	Why The founders spent years developing a specific hybrid of yellow and purple passion fruit. The yellow variety provides the massive, bright acidity, while the purple variety provides the deep, floral sweetness and aroma. Each bottle contains the juice of roughly 12 to 18 fresh passion fruits. Unlike mass-market liqueurs that use "natural flavors" or extracts, Chinola is composed mostly of raw fruit juice blended with neutral cane spirit.
