	Who Cocchi Americano Rosa is produced by Giulio Cocchi Spumanti, a historic winery and distillery. The company was established in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi, a pastry chef from Florence who moved to Asti and began crafting aromatized wines and sparkling wines. Since 1978, the company has been owned and operated by the Bava Family, who are also prominent wine producers in the Monferrato and Langhe regions.

	What Cocchi Americano Rosa tastes like a vibrant, sophisticated balance of ripe red fruits, delicate floral notes, and a refreshing bitter finish. Because it uses red Piedmontese wines (Brachetto and Malvasia) as a base, it has more "lushness" and berry character than the original white Cocchi Americano. t has a medium-to-full body that feels rounder and softer than many dry vermouths, often compared to the weight of a sweet vermouth but with the bright acidity of a sparkling rosé wine.
