	Who Bodegas Collado is a family business and one of the oldest and most traditional in Mexico. The Diega project was born in 2016 as a collaboration with the Flor de la Paz Foundation with the purpose of creating a sustainable drink. All the botanicals used in the infusion of Diega come from this foundation.
