	What Dolin des Alpes has been awarded a Protected Geographical Indication that guarantees the authenticity of its production, specifically the harvesting of genepi plants above 1500 meters of elevation, away from any sources of pollution. The strands of the plants are slowly macerated before distilling from their historic recipe from 1850.
	Why We could give you expert advice on how to drink this very authentic genepi but we feel that there is only one thing you really need to remember: it's best enjoyed with friends or family, after a great day of skiing, around an old table near the fire, listening to each other's tall tales of snowy exploits!
