What Faccia Brutto Centerbe is an forcecully herbal liqueur that tastes like a vibrant, less-syrupy version of Green Chartreuse. Because it is made by a former chef, it has a culinary balance—including a touch of salt added before bottling to make the botanicals pop. It is bold and herbaceous with a dry, angular medly of flavors. You'll notice prominent notes of fresh anise, mint, and alpine herbs like tarragon and fennel. It has medium sweetness but is notably less sugary and viscous than traditional French herbal elixirs.
