	What Made from Sucrine du Berry winter squash, fermented, distilled and macerated with figs, etrogs, cacao, chiles, shiso and fortifying distillates. Then aged two years in Amarone casks; finished with cacao, fig, toasted coconut and pasilla syrup. The resulting flavor is a cornucopia of roasted squash, caramelized with vanilla beans, cacao nibs, star anise and cinnamon.
