It is a "Rosolio," a traditional style of Italian liqueur known for being delicate, floral, and silky. The dominant flavor is the Calabrian bergamot orange. It has a unique profile that sits right between a bitter orange, a lemon, and a floral lime. It is zesty and bright, but with a deep, "perfumed" complexity.
