	Who Fred Jerbis Fernet is made by Federico "Fred" Cremasco, a dedicated herbalist and distiller based in Polcenigo. His spirits are produced under the name Opificio FRED. Cremasco is known for a "garden-to-glass" approach, personally cultivating or foraging many of the botanicals used in his recipes from the nearby foothills of the Dolomites.
