	Who Fred Jerbis Gin 43 is produced by Federico "Fred" Cremasco, a master herbalist and distiller. Founded in 2014, the name "Jerbis" comes from the local Friulian dialect word for "herbs," reflecting Federico's background as a professional forager and herbalist.

	What Fred Jerbis Gin 43 is an herbalist’s gin—incredibly complex, dense, and "green." Because it uses 43 botanicals and multiple extraction methods, it doesn't taste like a standard juniper-heavy gin; instead, it drinks more like a botanical liqueur. t has a unique straw-yellow / light golden hue. This doesn't come from a barrel, but from a post-distillation cold infusion of orange blossoms and saffron. The nose is a "walk through an Alpine forest." You’ll smell mugo pine, rosemary, and thyme, balanced by soft, floral lavender and honeyed sweetness.
	Why At 43% ABV, it is designed specifically to shine in a Negroni. Federico Cremasco (the maker) actually designed it to be used alongside his own Vermouth and Bitter 25 to create a perfectly balanced "Single Producer" Negroni.
