	Who Fresco 77 Mexican Gin is produced by Atman Spirits, a small-batch distillery. The brand is the result of a collaboration between two founders—José (Pepe) Arango and Alexander Cziharz—who combined their unique cultural backgrounds to create a spirit inspired by Mexican aguas frescas.

	What Fresco 77 Mexican Gin is a vibrant, contemporary take on the "London Dry" style that focuses heavily on bright Mexican citrus and fruit rather than heavy juniper spice. It was specifically designed to mimic the refreshing experience of drinking an agua fresca. The nose is dominated by a "lively burst" of fresh citrus oils, particularly grapefruit and Colima lime. These are followed by a subtle, sweet fruitiness from prickly pear and a warming spice from cardamom. On the palate it starts light and crisp with a "velvety texture" provided by the prickly pear. While the traditional piney juniper is present, it acts as a balanced backbone to the more prominent notes of orange zest and lemon. The finish is medium-long and refreshing, characterized by a zesty citrus tang and a lingering, slightly spicy warmth from the cardamom.
