The ImpEx Collection Coyote Verde by Victor Ramos offers a deeply complex, savory, and mineral-forward profile that perfectly highlights the hybrid properties of its wild parent agaves. The nose opens with an intense, earthy punch of clay minerality, green bell pepper, and roasted agave, rounded out by sweet notes of cinnamon and ripe banana. On the palate, its high 50.92% ABV delivers a thick, buttery texture packed with layers of jalapeño spice, dark honey, pine resin, and a distinct herbal funk. The finish is remarkably long and dry, transitioning from a heavy, peppery warmth into clean hints of mint and wood smoke.

Coyote Verde is a rare, wild hybrid agave born from a natural, accidental cross-pollination between Agave potatorum (Tobalá) and Agave karwinskii (like Cuishe or Madre Cuishe). It combines the completely opposite traits of its parents: the tiny, flower-like, intensely sweet sugar profile of Tobalá, and the tall, fibrous, intensely savory, green-pepper structure of Karwinskii.
