	What Joseph Cartron Crème de Framboise is designed to taste like a "concentrated burst" of fresh, ripe raspberries. Because it is a Crème liqueur, it is thicker and sweeter than a standard fruit brandy. It has a very intense, pure aroma of crushed raspberries. Unlike cheaper versions, it smells like the actual fruit rather than raspberry candy or syrup. It is lush and velvety on the tongue. You’ll taste the natural sweetness of the berries, but it is balanced by a bright acidity and a hint of the slight bitterness found in raspberry seeds. The finish is long and fruit-forward, leaving a clean, jammy aftertaste without a heavy chemical or alcoholic "burn."
