	What Joseph Cartron Crème de Pêche de Vigne is designed to taste like a "liquid orchard," specifically capturing the flavor of the rare vine peach (Pêche de Vigne). These are small, fuzzy, red-fleshed peaches that are much more aromatic and tart than the standard yellow ones found in grocery stores. Because it uses vine peaches, it has a signature tangy acidity that balances the deep sweetness. You’ll notice flavors of sun-ripened peach flesh, skin, and a hint of the pit's nuttiness. The aroma is powerful—it smells like a basket of crushed, ripe peaches with a delicate floral undertone—think peach blossoms and a touch of wild honey. It is thick, syrupy, and unctuous. As a "Crème," it has a high sugar content, which gives it a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel that coats the palate.
