It is very aromatic and expressive, dominated by the scent of white spring flowers. You will also pick up a distinct "fruitiness" that smells like lychee, passion fruit, and pear. On the tongue, it is soft and round. The sweetness is balanced by a bright, tart acidity that keeps it refreshing. Along with the elderflower, there are subtle hints of vanilla and citrus zest.
