	What La Bodega Single Batch Reposado is highly regarded for its balance of bright fruitiness and warm, earthy spices. Because it is bottled at a "Craft Strength" (typically 44% ABV / 88 Proof), the flavors are more concentrated and intense than your average 80-proof reposado. A complex nose opens with baking spices (cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla), and is balanced by fresh green apple, pear, and citrus, with an underlying "wet stone" minerality. The finish is long, clean, and sweet with a gentle white pepper tingle and a hint of dark chocolate.
