Who Mal Bien Zacate Limón is produced by the Morales family. The original recipe was developed by the late maestro mezcalero Don Lucio Morales López. Following Don Lucio's passing, the tradition is carried on by his son, Oscar Morales García, along with his cousins. They represent the fourth generation of mezcaleros in the family and continue to craft the spirit using their father's exact traditional techniques. |
