Meletti Amaro is a classic Italian liqueur known for its smooth, balanced, and gently bittersweet flavor profile, distinguishing it from the more intensely bitter amari. It's often described as a sophisticated "gateway" amaro due to its approachable taste and lower alcohol conten. The aroma is highly aromatic and inviting, with dominant notes of saffron, orange zest, subtle violet, and a medley of herbs. The taste is a harmonious blend of sweetness and complex herbal bitterness. Key flavors include honey, burnt sugar, and orange marmalade, with distinctive saffron and gentian bitterness, with hints of anise, chamomile, and a touch of smoky spice. t has a pleasant, lingering finish that balances the sweet and bitter notes, leaving the palate clean and refreshed. Meletti Amaro is a medium-bodied liqueur with a rich amber hue and a slightly viscous texture. t
