	What Nardini Amaro is a classic, dark-brown Italian digestif known for its unique balance of bitter orange, peppermint, and earthy licorice. Produced by Italy's oldest distillery, it is often described as more approachable than aggressive amari like Fernet-Branca, yet more complex and minty than sweeter options like Averna. The palate is dominated by a cooling peppermint sensation that transitions into deep, warm notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and roasted sugar.
