	Who Nixta Licor de Elote is produced by Destilería y Bodega Abasolo. The distillery was co-founded by Iván Saldaña, a master distiller and biologist who is also the creative force behind Casa Lumbre.

	What Nixta Licor de Elote is essentially "liquid corn" in a bottle, offering a unique balance between savory, roasted notes and a sweet, creamy finish. You will notice an intense aroma of roasted corn kernels, similar to freshly baked cornbread, toasted tortillas, or buttery popcorn. Some tasters also detect hints of vanilla, caramel, and a touch of marshmallow. It has a smooth, velvety, and syrupy texture. The flavor is a mix of sweet creamed corn and honeyed grain, which often leads people to compare it to kettle corn or a "boozy sweet corn". The finish is long and warming, leaving a lingering taste of savory roasted kernels and sweet piloncillo (unrefined cane sugar).
	Why Its caramel and buttery notes make it an excellent addition to espresso or cold brew for a Maíz Carajillo.
