	Who Nocheluna Sotol is produced by fourth-generation master sotolero Don "Lalo" Eduardo Arrieta at his family-owned property, Rancho La Vinata, in collaboration with sotol educator Ricardo Pico. Muscian Lenny Kravitz is a brand partner and the public face of the company.

	What Nocheluna Sotol has a profile that is notably brighter and more floral than many other sotols, balancing desert herbs with a distinct honey-like sweetness. The nose is very fresh, featuring wild herbs, dried stone fruit (like apricot), and white flowers. You might also notice a subtle scent of honey and damp forest floor. On the palate, it starts with a crisp, mineral brightness. You’ll taste caramelized agave-like sweetness, balanced by savory notes of wild mint, anise, and dried fruit. The finish is short and clean, leaving a lingering taste of oak firewood smoke and a faint cacao or dark chocolate bitterness.
	Why The name Nocheluna references the contrast between the desert's "piercing sun and alluring moon," under which the wild Dasylirion plants grow for 12–15 years.
