	Who Produced by Destillerie Purkhart, in Austria not Italy, like most people think. They use a traditional family recipe since 1932 with green walnuts harvested on St. John's Day (June 24th) according to tradition.

	What Super fun and traditional walnut liqueur made from green walnuts infused with spices. There's rich notes of walnut, obviously, then it's tinged with vanilla, cinnamon, and clove with a bittersweet finish. Complex and warming.
	Why Kind of like a liqueur but also kind of like a digestif, either way it still tastes like someones Nonna made it. Cocktails to Consider - Serve chilled as a digestif, add to espresso, mix with bourbon for a Walnut Old Fashioned, or drizzle over vanilla gelato.
