	What Produced with limestone-filtered, spring-fed water from a pond on the distillery estate with a mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley. Loads of cinnamon, pineapple upside-down cake, hint of flint, butterscotch, apple skin, allspice, and vanilla with a dry finish wrap it all together.
