	Who Pasubio Vino Amaro is produced by Antica Erboristeria Cappelletti, a historic family-owned distillery. The company was established in 1906 by Giulio Cappelletti in the city of Trento.
	Where Aldeno, Italy, a small town located about 20 km south of Trento in the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
	What Pasubio Vino Amaro is celebrated for its unique "mountain forest" profile, tasting predominantly of wild blueberries, pine, and subtle smoke. Unlike many spirit-based amari, its aged-wine base gives it a lush, vinous texture and a juicy, dark-fruit character. It features a refreshing, mild bitterness from alpine herbs and gentian, though it is considered sweeter and more approachable than many other amari.
	Why Because it is a vino amaro (wine-based), it has a round, silky mouthfeel. It is bottled at a relatively low 17% ABV, making it feel more like a fortified wine than a heavy liqueur.
