	What A mezcal made from wild agave using traditional methods. Peloton de la Muerte is roasted in earthen oven for 5 days Natural fermentation in pine vats then crushed with a tahona and slowly double distilled in small copper stills. Loads of that agave sweetness with a classically dry finish.
