	What Probitas is a white rum you can, and should, sip neat and has the proof to stand up to any cocktail application. Translated from Latin, Probitas means honesty, and accordingly, this rum is produced to adhere to the proposed Barbados Rum GI without adulteration. Ester-forward rum with notes of plantains dipped in baking spice, along with tropical fruit like grilled pineapple, coconut oil and underripe mango all rolling in green grass.
	Why White Blended Rum has existed in many forms, this is the first time that a White Blended Rum has been made entirely in the Caribbean.
