	Who Rhum Neisson Agricole Blanc is produced by Distillerie Neisson, a family-owned distillery in Le Carbet, Martinique. It is one of the few remaining independent, family-run distilleries on the island and is recognized as the smallest. The distillery is currently managed by Grégory Vernant-Neisson, the grandson of founder Jean Neisson, alongside his mother, Claudine Neisson-Vernant.

	What Rhum Neisson Agricole Blanc is widely considered one of the most elegant and complex white rums in the world. Because it is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, it has a flavor profile that is intensely "green," vegetal, and earthy. The initial scent is powerful and aromatic, defined by freshly cut grass, wet earth, and sweet, vibrant raw sugarcane. You may also notice bright citrus (lime peel), floral notes like honeysuckle, and a distinct "beany" or vegetal quality. On the tongue, it starts with a honeyed sweetness that quickly balances into savory and herbal flavors. Common tasting notes include: peppermint, spearmint, and chopped parsley, hite pepper, star anise, and a light ginger heat.
	Why Unlike many modern distilleries that use industrial column stills, Neisson uses a unique 1938 copper Savalle still. This specific still is meticulously maintained and modified to produce a spirit that is exceptionally soft and round despite its high alcohol content.
