	What Rittenhouse Rye is the gold standard for "Kentucky-style" rye, meaning it tastes like a bridge between a spicy rye and a sweet bourbon. Because it only contains 51% rye, it is less "grassy" than high-rye whiskies and more focused on baking spices and dark fruit. You'll get heavy scents of dried fruits (raisins and plums) mixed with classic toffee and vanilla. There is a distinct herbal backbone, often described as dill or mint.
