	Who Rod & Hammer's Peach Whiskey is produced by Rod & Hammer’s SLO Stills, an artisanal distillery. The distillery was founded in 2019 by long-time friends Rodney "Rod" Cegelski, a local California surfer, and Hamish "Hammer" Marshall, an Australian former jackaroo.

	What Rod & Hammer's Peach Whiskey has a vibrant, fruit-forward taste that blends the sweetness of sun-ripened peaches with the warm, spicy backbone of American bourbon or rye. The scent of orchard fruits is layered over soft notes of vanilla and toasted oak from the bourbon base. The initial taste is dominated by juicy peach sweetness. As it settles, you’ll notice a distinctive note of black tea that adds an herbal complexity and prevents the fruit from becoming cloying. The finish is smooth, clean, and refreshing, leaving a lingering sweetness of ripe fruit and a touch of mellow spice.
	Why Known for their "Cut With The Pacific" method, the distillery proofs its spirits using purified and desalinated Pacific Ocean water to capture the essence of the California coast.
