	Who Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur is produced by Destillerie Purkhart, a family-owned distillery. The distillery was established in 1932 and is currently operated by the third generation of the Purkhart family.

	What Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur tastes like a concentrated version of fresh, orchard-ripe apricots. Unlike many commercial fruit liqueurs that can taste artificial or syrupy, this Austrian liqueur is prized for its pure, natural fruit character. It is described as juicy and vibrant, capturing the balance between the sweetness and natural tartness of real fruit. Some tasters note a "jammy" quality that feels like biting into a ripe apricot. It has a fresh, floral bouquet featuring the smell of freshly harvested apricots. You may also notice a subtle almond-like note from the fruit pits and light floral undertones like honeysuckle or orange blossom. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving behind a persistent essence of stone fruit without a sticky or cloying aftertaste.
	Why Many fruit liqueurs are just vodka with syrup. This one is made by blending fresh apricot juice with apricot brandy (eau-de-vie) that the Purkhart family distills themselves. This gives it a "soul" and an aromatic punch that carries through even when mixed with heavy spirits.
