	Who Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach is produced by Destillerie Purkhart, a family-owned distillery located in Austria. The Purkhart family has been crafting traditional fruit liqueurs and eaux-de-vie since 1932.

	What The liqueur is made from a blend of seasonal peach varieties harvested in Austria's Oststeiermark region, including Roter Ellerstädter, Haven, and Weinberg. It also features a rare white peach called Weingartenpfirsich from the Danube Valley. It combines fresh-pressed fruit juices with eau-de-vie (fruit brandy) distilled from the same peaches. Over 2.2 pounds of fresh fruit are used for each bottle, with no artificial flavorings. Unlike "candy-style" schnapps, this liqueur is known for its natural acidity and true-to-fruit sweetness. It features bright peach notes with subtle undertones of vanilla and almond.
