	What Rue de Rêve Aperitif Blanc tastes like a "California garden in a glass"—bright, floral, and deeply refreshing. Because it uses an organic Chardonnay base rather than a neutral grain spirit, it has a wine-like elegance and a crisp acidity that sets it apart from syrupy liqueurs. The signature note is California Mugwort (Artemisia douglasiana). This adds a subtle, silvery herbal depth and a slight peppery "snap" that prevents the elderflower from being too sweet.
