	Who Salers has been producing gentiane (gentian) liqueur since 1885, using wild gentian root harvested from volcanic mountains. Salers is the only gentiane still made with fresh gentian root, not dried, so basically, it's special.
	Where Auvergne, France.
	What Salers is decidedly earthy and herbaceous with a surprisingly bright citrus lift and a distinctively bitter finish. And its pretty golden color is only from natural ingredients.
