	What Sierra del Oso Aguardiente de Orujo is an artisanal pomace brandy from Spain known for being simultaneously fiery and smooth, with a profile that often draws comparisons to high-quality grappa or even mezcal due to its unique distillation process. The nose is characterized by inviting scents of grape pomace, often accompanied by subtle floral and herbal notes. Tasters also describe it as being "redolent of raisin". On the tongue, it is noted for a harmonious balance between sweetness and herbal nuances. It has a smooth, well-rounded, and crisp character.
	Why Because of its slow, nine-hour distillation process, it can possess a distinct smokiness similar to that found in mezcal.
