What Slowdays Gin is a modern, "red" gin defined by its striking ruby color and a flavor profile that balances floral tartness with warm spices. It is designed to be approachable and refreshing, moving away from the heavy "pine tree" juniper taste of traditional London Dry gins. The taste is defined by its four core botanicals: hibiscus provides a gentle cranberry-like tartness. Lemon keeps the flavor bright, citrusy and zesty. Two types of cinnamon add a cozy spiced depth, and Ginger lifts the spirit with a refreshing twist and a subtle warming sensation. |
