	What Sông Cái Việt Nam Dry Gin is a bold, "jungle-forward" spirit characterized by its deep complexity and balance between savory mountain spices and vibrant tropical fruits. High-intensity notes of fresh pine and vibrant juniper are immediately evident, followed by a sweet, citrusy burst reminiscent of Meyer lemon or heirloom pomelo. You may also detect unique hints of lychee, honeyed citrus, and a bold, woody spice like cinnamon or bark. The entry is punchy and spicy, driven by jungle pepper and ginger. This transitions into a lush, sweeter mid-palate of honey, lychee, and citrus peel, underpinned by savory roots and a crisp, resinous juniper backbone. It features a long, warm, and aromatic finish. Expect lingering notes of black pepper, sweet yellow liquorice, and a faint, earthy bitterness reminiscent of black cardamom and seasoned wood.
