	What Since it’s made by the Willett Distillery, this bourbon has that signature Willett elegance—it's refined and balanced rather than being a heavy, oaky or overly charcoal-y. On the nose you’ll get hit with warm caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla bean. There’s also a distinct fruity note, like dried cherries or apricot, mixed with a hint of baking spices. t has a silky, medium-bodied mouthfeel, and the high corn content (79%) makes it quite sweet and creamy, with flavors of honey, butterscotch, and kettle corn. Because it has a bit of rye, you’ll also get a gentle pop of black pepper and cinnamon on the mid-palate. It ends clean and warming. It leaves a lingering taste of toffee and roasted nuts, with just enough oak tannins to give it a dry, sophisticated edge.
